Delete your account and data

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email support@motorak.app from the same address registered on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership, complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest, and send you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything attached to it is permanently erased:

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, country and city
• Your vehicles and their data (model, year, odometer, plate number, VIN)
• Maintenance plans and your full service history
• Document records (document type and expiry date)
• Expenses and cost history
• Your conversations with the AI assistant
• Your notifications and the push tokens for your devices

Your document photos

Photos of documents and receipts are never uploaded to our servers — they stay on your device only, and are removed for good when you uninstall the app.

What may remain, and why

• Anonymous technical logs: operational server logs (kept for security and abuse prevention) may retain IP addresses for a limited period before being deleted automatically. They are not linked to your account once it is deleted.
• General technical information about car models: researched model faults and part prices are not your personal data — they describe the model itself, are shared across all users, and contain nothing about you.

How long it takes

In-app deletion starts immediately. Either way, all of your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days at the latest. Deletion cannot be undone and the data cannot be recovered afterwards.
