By using the Motorak app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The service is operated by AI BRAINS FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANCY CO. L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", the "Company").
Motorak provides tools to manage vehicle maintenance and expenses and to remind you of document expiries, with AI-assisted maintenance suggestions. We may add or modify features from time to time.
You must be 18 or older to use the app. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account).
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to hack or disrupt it, or using it for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
The maintenance suggestions and schedules the app provides are advisory only and offered "as is." They are not a substitute for a qualified mechanic or professional advice. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of these suggestions, and the final decision about servicing your vehicle is yours. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
All rights in the app, its content, and its trademarks are owned by the Company and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its suggestions.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may end your use by deleting your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
